HGH or Human Growth Hormone
HGH is the hormone that stimulates growth in our bodies.
It is naturally released during the later stages of sleep
Most people with nutritionally sound diets and who are of younger age (anything below 60) will release this hormone at a pace completely efficient to their own use of the hormone, it’s abuse of the pharmaceutical compound in sports that raises the taboo flag on this very natural hormone.
Are There Any True Benefits to use?
There’s a lot of argument between researchers whether the abuse of human growth hormone leads to any actual benefits.
Studies have shown that over use results in forced protein synthesis, that takes on more of a placebo effect rather than giving any benefit to strength or lean mass.
Although the growth of different connective tissues and muscles caused by use of the hormone have been shown to aid in recovery of injury or repair of the muscles. This is one of the few actual benefits abusers receive besides placebo muscles.
Ironically when tested, people who have much higher HGH levels than a usual person actually show to have less stamina and tire of fatigue sooner than people with a balance of this hormone
