Everyday I workout in some form or manner, calisthenics, free weights, marathon sized bike rides.
You name it I’ve probably done it and broken a sweat doing it.
Although my life wasn’t always like this. When i was in High School I ate donuts for breakfast, snacks for lunch and McDonald’s for dinner almost everyday. At my largest i weighed in at 220 lbs standing at 5’8.
I had to change myself, and that’s exactly what i did.
I went from fat to skinny to ripped and now it’s time to help others do the same
